Joe Sittineri is a valued member of the Jersey Cape team, contributing their skills and experience to support the organization’s mission. CONTRACT FOREMAN
Jeff Abernathy
Jeffrey Abernathy is a Contract Foreman at Jersey Cape, where he oversees private, county, and state contracts involving janitorial services, litter patrol, and recycling collection across various sites. With more than 30 years of experience, Jeffrey has found his work deeply rewarding, especially through his collaborations with contract customers, Jersey Cape staff, and consumers. He began his career at Jersey Cape on July 23, 1984, after graduating from Middle Township High School and pursuing business administration studies at Atlantic Cape Community College. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with family and friends—celebrating birthdays, holidays, and vacations—and traveling to visit loved ones in Michigan, New York, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida.

PR DIRECTOR
Emma Curry
Emma Curry has been with Jersey Cape since 2024 and leads the organization’s partnerships and events. Although her bachelor’s and master’s degrees are in education, she has always been passionate about networking and creative work. Outside of the office, Emma enjoys reading around town and exploring the outdoors on adventures with her son.

Daniel Kauchick

MARKETING & DESIGN DIRECTOR
Autumn O'Feery
Autumn O’Feery is the Marketing and Design Director at Jersey Cape. With a degree in Graphic Design and over a decade of professional experience, she is passionate about combining creativity and strategy in her work. Outside the office, Autumn enjoys spending time with her family—whether it’s trips to the dog beach with their three pups, tackling DIY projects at home, or planning their next National Park adventure. She also likes to unwind with a Shore Local crossword or a new crochet project.

DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
Sarah Schimeneck
Sarah Schimeneck is head of the Jersey Cape Employment Services team, bringing a deep commitment to disability advocacy and trauma-informed programming. As a member of the Autism community, her work focuses on promoting disability visibility, education about neurodivergence, and customized supported employment. After earning her terminal master’s degree, Sarah spent over a decade in Philadelphia, where she wrote vocational evaluations, developed programs for recidivism prevention, served in AmeriCorps, and earned her Marc Gold & Associates Discovery certification. Drawn by her love for the beach, she relocated to Cape May, where she built an award-winning employment program before joining Jersey Cape. Outside of work, Sarah performs in musical shows in Philadelphia.

Sandra Tripoli
Sandra Tripoli is a valued member of the Jersey Cape team, contributing their skills and experience to support the organization’s mission. Dedicated and dependable, Sandra takes pride in their work and in helping make a positive impact in the community. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with family and friends, pursuing personal hobbies, and exploring new experiences.

FINANCE & SALES MANAGER
Holly Wilson
Holly Wilson has been a valued member of Jersey Cape since 2019. She holds a degree in Business Administration/Management and is eager to continue her education. Holly began her journey at Jersey Cape managing sales for beach tags and promotional items, along with handling bookkeeping. Over time, her role has grown to include team management, operational support, and overseeing the production of items and processes. She is currently focused on executive assistant duties and is actively involved in program funding, contracts, and grants. Outside of work, Holly enjoys watching sunsets, biking, reading psychological thrillers, and attending hot yoga and spin classes.

PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Jessica Altiery
Jessica Altiery is a valued member of the Jersey Cape team, contributing their skills and experience to support the organization’s mission. Dedicated and dependable, Jessica takes pride in their work and in helping make a positive impact in the community. Ben Anaya
Ben Anaya has served as the Maintenance Supervisor at Jersey Cape since 2017. With over thirty years of experience in problem-solving and construction, he brings expertise and dedication to his role. Outside of work, Ben enjoys long walks on the beach, spending time with his family, and hosting barbecues with friends.

Tatiana Arana

Arianna Caraballo is the Social Media Manager at Jersey Cape Life Empowerment Hub. With a degree in Public Relations and Marketing, she excels at blending creativity and strategy to bring brand stories to life. In her role, Arianna leads the organization’s digital presence with a focus on authentic engagement, visual storytelling, and data-driven results. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, planning her upcoming wedding, experimenting with new baking recipes, and binge-watching favorite Netflix series. She is also a passionate musician and frequently performs at local bars and restaurants.
