Our In-School Student Program offers high school juniors and seniors, ages 16–21, the opportunity to gain paid work experience while developing essential job and life skills. Participants receive individualized support through academic and vocational assessments, career and postsecondary planning, workplace readiness training, financial literacy, and computer skills development. The program also provides tutoring and study skills assistance to support students in achieving their educational and career objectives. Approved by the New Jersey Department of Education, this program offers a structured and supportive pathway to success for eligible students.

This program was formerly known as PREP (Preparing to Reach Employment Potential) and is now referred to as ISY, continuing to provide the same high-quality services and commitment to student success.
