In-School Student Program

Known internally as PREP, Preparing to Reach Employment Potential, our In-School Student Program offers high school juniors and seniors, ages 16-21, the opportunity to gain paid work experience while developing essential job and life skills. Participants receive personalized support with academic and vocational assessments, career and college planning, workplace readiness, financial literacy, and computer skills. The program also provides tutoring and study skills assistance, helping students achieve their educational and career goals. Approved by the NJ Department of Education, this program offers a unique path to success for eligible students.
