Transitional Employment (EE)

Our program helps individuals with disabilities earn a steady paycheck through vocational rehabilitation services, including job training, soft skills development, and counseling to overcome employment barriers. We offer a work environment that mirrors local career opportunities,acting as a transition step toward permanent employment. With flexible transportation and accommodations, we aim to support individuals in achieving their ideal job outcomes and promoting livable wage employment across the Jersey Cape region.
