Our mobile and community-based SE program offers personalized assistance to help individuals with disabilities find, secure, and maintain integrated employment. Participants receive one-on-one support from career counselors who provide vocational assessments, career counseling, job search assistance, skill training, and long-term follow-up. The program prepares individuals for the application and interview process, helps them develop essential job skills, and provides ongoing support to ensure job retention and success.
